SAMOAN CONSTABULARY
Major J. C. Hill, who was a member of the N.Z.E.F., and served as Provost Marshal in the Dominion after being severely wounded on active service, has been appointed to take charge of the Samoan Constabulary which is being established to replace the Samoan Relief Force Chief-Detective Boddam, of Weilington, will be a sub-inspector in the Force. He is ono of the two speciallyqualified police' officers who are to hold positions in the Force.
