KURDS PUNISHED FOR MURDER.

DELHI, 9th December
An operation in Mesopotamia against Zibari Kurds, who attacked Agra and Mosul on 3rd ■ November, having the previous day murdered Mr. Bill and Captain Scott, of the 31st Junjabis, whilst on an inspection, was conducted by two columns. The country was very .diffiadt, but the health of the troops was good, and the casualties insignificant, Punishment for the murder was exacted, audi civil administration restored.
