(UNITED PRBSS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) ' ' (REUTERs TBLEORAa.)
LONDON, 4th December.
In the House of Commons, Mr. Lloyd George stated that he anticipated that the House would rise on 23rd December and go into recess until early in February. He pointed out that the session had been unprecedently heavy, and with a view to avoiding waste of time expended upon a number of important reconstruction measures, the House would be asked to alter the Standing Orders so that Bills could be taken up il} the next session at the stage where they^had been left.
