MR. R. SEMPLE
' Mr. ft. Semple's meeting at Palmgrove was well attended, in spite of the weather conditions. Messrs. Swindell and Eagle addressed the meeting until the arrival of the candidate, who was received with cheers. He again expounded the main points of the Labour Party's policy, and at the close of , his address was heartily applauded.
