NEAV YORK,. 12th January. Whisky for the Spanish influenza seems to havo beon employed freely in Prohibition States in America. ' "One Judge had eight hundred cases of confiscated whisky under his control, and he ordered its 'distribution for the benefit of patients.- In South Carolina the sale of whisky was ordered in drug stores, and in Georgia the idea was spreading that spirits; were, a good preventive. (Prohibition is an utterly inhumane proposal.)
