LONDON, sth December. The Daily Chronicle says that the Home Rule Bill will be introduced soon, and the Government hopes to complete the second reading before Christmas.

LONDON, 4th December.
Mr. Llpyd George stated that he hoped to introduce the Irish Bill in the third week in December. ' Parliament wppld prorogue for Christmas, but the Bill would be carried ever to next session by a special suspensory resolution.
