.' The New York Times correspondent at Ottawa states that Sir Robert Borden (the Canadian Premier) will probably retire frpm public life, owing to ill-health. [Sir Robert Borden succeeded to tho office of Primp Minister of Canada in 191}.. He was, some time ago, reported to be suffering' from influenza.]
