SUVA, Bth December. Five Germans, repatriated by the Atua, were met yesterday on the wharf by returned soldiers, who made hostile demonstrations. . The Germans' luggage was flung into the harbour, and they then redded to stay pp board. To-day the Governor met' the Returned Soldiers' Association, and promised that the Germans vyonl(| pc placed on Quarantine Island, pending a decision as to further actiop.
Other Germans frcm Levuka, .due pn Wednesday, will be sent to the island also.
