The Department of Agriculture/Industries, and Commerce has received the following cablegram, dated 6th inst., from the High Commissioner tor New Zealand :-"Hemp-Advisable to liquidate J grade October-December shipment to January-March shipment, quoted £49 10s sellers, £49 10s buyers. October-December shipment sold yesterday, £49. New Zealand market is inactive and easier. Highpoints in dock quoted £49 10s, sellers October-December shipment £48; fair on spot quoted £45, sellers October-December shipment £40. Wool—Market is strong for all fine description.
