Calder, £8 18s sd, oosts £1 3s 6d; Levin and Co., Ltd.,'v. R. C. Bainbridge, £57 £s Bd, oosts £4 2s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. H. G. Bates was ordered to pay W. Johnston £7 13s by 23rd December or go to gaol for seven days. TENEMENT CASE. P. Green is to give up possession of a tenement to Mrs. Bushett by 9th February, and to pay £5 12s fid accrued rent, and £1 19s costs. After hearing evidence in regard to a olainv brought by Mrs. N. Nightingale, taxi proprietor, against P. Goorgo, farmer, of Ohariu Valloy, for £4 as taxi hire to and • from the Valley on 20th and 23rd July, the Magistrate gave judgment for, plaintiff for £3 10s, with costs amounting to £1 15s. Mr. A. M. Salek. appeared for the plaintiff and Mr. G. W. Mellish for the defendant. (Proceeding).
