AMERICAN OFFICER'S STATEMENT

NEW YORK, 6th December.
At Madison, Wisconsin, Colonel Raymond Robbing, an American officer, in the course of an address, said that British, French, and American troops had mutinied rather than fight the Russian Bolsheviks. American soldiers in the audience denied Colonel Robbins' allegations.
