PERSONAL LIBERTY
To-morrow night, at His Majesty's Theatre,_ the Now Zealand Moderate League is holding a public meeting for the purpose of acquainting the electors with the now aspect of tho liquor question brought about by the approaching poll. Mr. D. M. Findlay, president, will speak on the new issue of State purchase, which system is apparently proving a great success in Britain. Mr. W. Perry will speak from practical experience on "A Rational View of the Rum Ration: What Counted in France," and Mr. R. A. Armstrong will deal with tho proposal of Prohibition in an address entitled "Touching tho Spot." Mr. A. Gray, K.C., will preside.
