(BI -TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) MARSDEN.
WHANGAREI, This Day.
Mr. F. Mahder, sitting member and Reform candidate for Marsden, addressing the electors here last night, expounded the Massey platform seriatim. He expressed his adherence to the same in toto,- and declared his approval of a National Government composed of the two chief parties whose policies were similar in all main essentials. Such fusion would be in the best interests of the country and would obviate domination of separate larger parties by an extremist minority.
