George Henry Evans, who after having been discharged from Hospital was found by the police in a waiting-shed at 2.30 o'clock on a recent morning, appeared before Mr. E. Page, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court to-day. Sub-Inspec-tor Emerson said that he had been in communication with the manager of the Ohiro Home, and'it had been agreed to take in Evans until such time as he was iit to go out and work. On that condition the charge of being an idle and disorderly person was withdrawn. The Magistrate agreed to send the man to the Ohiro Home.
