CHARGE AGAINST MOTOR
DRIVER,
Following the verdict given at the inquest on Mabel Black, wife of Detective Black, Benet BaTker Williams, the driver of the motor-car which collided with the deceased|*"was charged at the Magistrate's Court to-day with manslaughter. Chief-Detective Boddam applied for a remand until Wednesday next, and this was granted by the Magistrate, Mr.E. Page, S.M. Bail was allowed in- the sum of £200, and one surety of £200, or two of. £100 each. Mr. E. M. Beechey appeared on behalf of .the accused..
