PAYMENT TO AUSTRALIANS

(UNITBD PBESS ASSOCIATION.—COPIRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 13, 11 a.m.)

The Federal Treasurer is now negotiating with the bankers.
