(Received- November 13, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, ffbis Day. Advices have been received that a new Canadian-Australian shipping line, known as the Canadian Government Mercantile Marine, has been organised, but the departure of the first steamer from Canada has been delayed until January. The steamers are from 5000 to 8000 tons, and will run monthly.
