The inspector's report dealt with cases of cruelty to cows, two horses lame, two with sores, one case of underfeeding and overworking, and'seven cats destroyed. Ho also pub in a long report on the dehorning'of cows:on a farm he inspected at Linton- Subscriptions received amounted to £10 6s.
