TESTS OF EINSTEIN'S THEORY.

SYDNEY, 10th November. A local authority considers that although Einstein's discovery is of tho greatest scientific importance it would not by any means upset the old laws; it will rather be a significant addition to the old 'laws. -\j ■'
[Yesterday's cablegrams related a remarkable demonstration by Sir Frank Dyson, based upon stellar photographs made during the solar eclipse last May, apparently supporting the conclusions of Einstein, a German philosopher, in contravention of the full acceptance of Newton's'laws of gravitation.]
