CIVIC RECEPTION.
The Mayor (Mr. J. P, Luke) invites citizens, officers, and men of previous drafts, and naval men, to attend a civio reception to be tendered at the Town Hall at noon to-morrow to members of the draft returning by the Corinthic in; the morning. The Mayor trusts that citizens will do their part in according a fitting welcome to the returning soldiers, both at the wharf at 8 -a.m. or thereabouts, and at the Town Hall at noon.
