PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
A high standard of motion pictures is maintained at the Paramount Theatre, where the new attraction this week is "The Goat," featuring Fred Stone. Keen on becoming an actor, a steel worker secures a job as an extra, but whilst engaged in a thrilling act he is injured, and after being sent away is forgotten. His illusions vanish, and he at length finds comfort in the girl whom he had left to ■attain fame. The conclusion is happy. Also screening is' "The Mystery Girl," a story of many adventures. Crown jewels are eagerly sought by different parties, including an American army officer. The latter, after thrilling episodes becomes the husband of the Countess who possessed the jewels.
