LONDON, 6th August. ■ i'hough the Labour Party to-day will move a, reduction of the total grants to the war leader^, the grants meet'with. general approval. , Criticism, is directed tp;ainst details, nptalfly the smallness if the grant to Sir William Robertson £10,000) compared with that to Sir Arhur Hankoy, Secretary of the War Cabinet (£25,000)'; the difference beveen the grants to Admiral Beatty 0100,000) and Admiral Jelllcoe (£50,----00), and the need for further recpgnis- ' the services of the Air Force.
(Received August 8, 10 .a.m.) LONDON, 6th August. Air. W. Adamson, on behalf of the Labour Party, moved the reduction of ths total of the .votes .from £685,000 to fiSJOO.OQQ, on the ground that the amounts awarded are out of jwoportlon' to tKe ranks 'filled by the recipient.
