A,report from Vienna states that Bela Kun's attempt to negotiate with the . Allies has split the Soviet Directorate.' A ; faction, led by Szamuely, has seized the most important of the barracks and established a dictatorship; and Bela Kun isolated and virtually a -prisoner.
