NELSON RELICS FOR NAVY

An anonymous donor has presented certain Nelson relics to the British andi Dominion Navy. The share of H.M. A.S. Sydney consists of the silver plate that Nelson used aboard the Victory. The Admiralty has selected the Sydney for the honour, in view of her war exploits. Other vessels to receive gifts are H.M.S. ships Queen Elizabeth, Iron Duke, and Lion, and the converted cruiser Carmania. The Caimania sank the German armed cruiser Cap Trafalgar off the east coast of South America, on 14th September, 1914.
