DEFENDED CASES.

Algernon Batos was ordered to deliver up possession of a tenement to Geoffrey Parsons by Ist July, and to pay £1 4s costs.

Further evidence war heard by Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., regarding the ad-' Hourried case in which John 11. Flockton, for whom Mr. D. Jackson appeared, proceeded agaisnt Joseph Boucher, who was ropresoiit-ed by Mr. J. J. M'Gratb, on a cliam for £72 Ifis in respect of goods sold and supplied. Defendant held that the goods were late in delivery, and ho therefore refused to acc.j. i delivery, and denied liability. The Magistrate again adjourned tho case, as still further evidence is to be heard.
