A cable message, dated London, 16th June, received to-day, states that Sir Joseph Wart! is leaving; and that Mr. Massey is still undecided as to the date of his return. This is in agreement with a cablegram received by the ActingLeader of the Liberal Party (Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald) from Sir Joseph Ward advising him that he was leaving about 16th June.
