RETURN OP THE LEADERS

A cable message, dated London, 16th June, received to-day, states that Sir Joseph Wart! is leaving; and that Mr. Massey is still undecided as to the date of his return. This is in agreement with a cablegram received by the ActingLeader of the Liberal Party (Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald) from Sir Joseph Ward advising him that he was leaving about 16th June. No word has been received in Wellington as to Mr. Maesey's movo> ments.
