NORTH BRITISH RUBBER CO

An Excellent Display at the Show,

An exhibit well worth seeing when you come to the Show is that made by ■Messrs. Hayward Bros., of Ohristchurch, who are the New Zealand agents for the North British Rubber Co., manufacturers of all kinds of rubber goods, including the famous Clincher motor and oycle tire, and in fact there is to be seen at the stand tires for any carriage you can travel in from the cradle to the grave—motor-cars, motor-lorries, motorcycles, cabs, buggies, coaches, perambulators; trucks, and aeroplanes. The company turn out vast quantities of all and every kind of rubber goods now demanded by advancing civilisation, and embracing many lines of necessary household goods, rubber in sheets, rubber in coils, rubber in rolls, hose of all kinds, bootheels and soles, hotwater bags, etc., etc. The company certainly has built up a great trade in New Zealand, and as it is an all-British concern, as its name implies, it deserves the support of every loyal -citizen. The Palmerston North agent- for the company's famed solid band rubber tiros for trucks, lorries, etc., is Mr. George Spinley, the wellknown motor-body builder, of Kangiti-kei-street. It is claimed, and not unjustly, on behalf of the North British solid band tires, that they last longer and wear better than any others, for the reason that their process of manufacture is on the latest scientific principles, and quality is the company's first aim is all its goods. It is interesting to note that the North British Rubber Company is the largest concern of its kind in the British Empire, and every article on the stand is the work of our own British workmen, upwards of 5000 being employed in the works. New Zealanders, see this display. Impress the fact on your mind that our own manufactured goods command your support.
