ESCAPED PRISONER RETAKEN
I <B* TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) INVEROARGILL, 2nd May. Arthur Leo Bear Ashton, the prisoner who escaped from a moving- train on Thursday, was recaptured early this afternoon by Constable Barrett atGlencoe, about twelve miles from the scene of the escape.
