THE LABOUR PROGRAMME
"MOST IMPORTANT ACCOMPLISHMENT." (Received May 3, 11.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 2nd May. _ President Wilson has cabled to his secretary, Mr. J. P. Tumulty stating that the Labour programme is the most important accomplishment of a new day, in which the interests of Labour will, be systematically safeguarded and promoted. Not a single thing has been done in Paris which would accomplish so much towards the stabilising of labour conditions throughout the world.
