GERMANS FAIL TO DELIVER THEM. (Received March 8, 10.45 a.m.) ' PARIS, 6th March. The Germans have delivered only 577 agricultural machines instead of 31,204, due on the Ist March under the armistice. ' The German Commissioners state that it is impossible to supply the number specified.
