ENGAGEMENT STORY DENIED.

LONDON, 27th February. The Daily Mail's correspondent in Paris states that the Italian Embassy in Paris officially denies the. rumoured engagement of the Prince of Wales and Princess Jolanda.
ft is believed that the story arose because the Prince visited Paris unofficially, and stopped at the same hotel as tho Queen of Italy and the Princess.
[Princess Jolanda is the eldest child of the King of Italy, having been born on Ist June, 1901.]
