A DRAMATIC APPEARANCE

LONDON, 6th March.
M'Garry, who escaped from Lincoln Prison with De Valera, made a dramatic appearance at a Sinn Fein concert in Dublin. He delivered a speech, and then left the hall with a strong bodyguard. The authorities made no effort to arrest him.
