SHORTT'S THEATRE.

' There is a good programme at Shortt's Theatre. Heading it, is a powerful drama entitled 'The Frozen Warning," which unfolds a tale of German spies, an American inventor, and Charlotte, a famous ice skater. The play, a. startling melodrama, is well designed, and there is a welcome amount of comedy. The six reels reveal some excellent photographic work, including number of long shots of the water. The supporting films axe of much interest.
