Mr. A. H. Cutler, for some time Dep-uty-Registrar of the' Supreme Court at Wellington, has been appointed clerk of the Magistrate's Court .at Kaiapoi. The position of Deputy-Registrar at Wellington is now filled by Mr. F. W. Sehram, who was recently deputy in the Auckland Supreme Court office.
