NO STARVATION IN CITIES
REPORT OF AMERICAN MISSION,
NEW YORK, 13th February. Members of the American Mission to Germany declare that they did not find evidence of starvation and want in the German cities, though the rural population-was doubtlessly suffering from lack of food.
