PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
The new programme at the Paramount Theatre to-day was headed by a special Stuari-Blackton production, "Wild Youth,".".featuring the charming young actress, Louise Huff. A young girl becomes the wife of! an elderly man, and, as is often the case in such marriagee, neither party is happy. The girl meets a young ranch owiier, and falls in love with him. The' husband..- forbids ...the young man to enter!his;house, and when the elderly- man-is- found- murdered the, finger of suspicion-points to Orlando (the . ranch, owner). _ Then,; follows a. thrilling court scene, and Orlando is found guilty of the crime. A Chinese servant,. however,' later:' confesses to . the murder, and the ;path is cleared for the young lovers. Miss. Huff's acting is excellent,; and she: is capably supported by Theodore Roberts and Jack -Mulhall. The supporting pictures' are all well up-to the' standard, and; include another chapter.of' the- "Eagle's :Eye" serial: '
