TRAMWAYS ENTERTAINERS.
A concert in aid of a distressed bands* man is being given in the Concert Cham- : ber of the Town Hall this evening by the Tramways Military Band Orchestr* (under Mr. G. W. Bowes) and the Tramway Entertainers, a happy band of artists selected from the tramway, service] The programme includes vocal and in-' strumental items, including a novel saxophone quartet by Bandsmen Athwaite," Tonkin, Hargreaves, and Donaldson.. Messrs. H. Dunn, R.. Ramsay, Wi R. Dixon, V. and E. Carruthers, and F:, Andrews will contribute, and Mr. Alex.Blifrh will be seen in a Wlub-swingihg exhibition; Misses E. Flaws, Strobart, and Esma, and Francis Clisby will api pear in various, numbers. TheTramwaysi Orchestra will provide the entr'acts, and an enjoyable performance may be looked for..'
