MINERS' STRIKE BALLOT
VOTE FOR NATIONAL STOPPAGE
URGED,
LONDON, 13th February.
The Miners' Federation Conference adopted the executive ballot resolution, adding: "We strongly urge members to vote in favour of a national stoppage until the demands are conceded." The ballot js returnable on 27th February. If the ballot results in favour of a strike, notices will be given for 15th March.
