SPREAD OF SPARTACISM
BAD STATE OF GERMAN TOWNS,

BERLIN, 12th February. A correspondent who has returned from the interior states that Spartacism }s rapidly spreading throughout Germany. Mumch, Frankfort, Stuitgart, Nuremberg, and oher cities are in a state of disturbance, the population., being demoralised, dirty, unkempt, and suffering from cold and Hunger. The towns are neglected, untended, and unswept, the municipal services <,being almost at a standstill. The further one goes into Germany the stronger the Spartacusians seem to be.
