NEW YORK, tfth February.
Tfee' Washington correspondent of the New York Times says that from the signing.of 'the armistice to the Bth February more than 287,332 American soldiers in Europe have embarked for the United States, and 1,136,570 have been discharged in the United States.
The Paris correspondent of the New York Evening Sun says it is estimated that 20,000 American soldiers have married French women, .End niore than fio,oob soldiers asked permission to make permanent homes in France. The authorities advised theni to return to the United States.
