NEW YORK, 12th February. The Paris correspondent of the Uhited Press states:—The popularity of President Wilson here has taken a huge drop. The French show strong- resentment against him and against the British delegales, beeaUse.they are afraid they Wish to show leniency toWarda Germany. The British are undisturbed by the resentment, arid say, it is a case of French "nerves."
