The Paris correspondent of the United Pre6S states that the American and British peace delegates favour a conference with, the Bolsheviks alone, but if the other Russian factors , accept the Allies' invitation to conier at the Princes Islands, the French delegatesyvill oppo„e a conference at which the other factions are not represented.
