HEAVY FIGHTING ON SILESIAN FRONT. (KEUTER'B TELEGRAM.) (Received February 10, 9 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Bth February. Berlin reports state that the Eastern situation is very critical. Heavy fight,ing occurred between Breslau and Lissa, where the Poles are endeavouring to break through in order to advance upon Breslau. Thousands of Poles are on the Silesian frontier, ready to participate, in the invasion.
