AMERICAN GOVERNMENT PLAN.
NEW YORK, 7th February. The New York Herald's Washihgtoh correspondent states that the formation of a Government-owned aerial transport corporation, with a capital of fifty million dollars, ia planned. ■ The organisation Will control 800,000,000 dollars' worth of surplus aviation materials belonging to the Army and Navy.
