AMSTERDAM, 7th February. Spartacus forces control Psrmstadt and occupy all the principal buildings. There are frequent collisions with the Government troops, who' number only ,2000. ■'■-..
The struggle for Bremen is in full swing. Government troops envelop the city. There is severe fighting in Haniburg. The Spartacusians aro endeavouring to send reinforcements to Dusseldorf.
The middle classes have risen against the intolerable suffering'and tyranny of Spartacusian rule, and nave sent an ultimatum demanding the restoration of their former liberties.
There is great unrest iv Berlin. The Sp-rtacusians, realising that they are unable to cope with the military measures against them, are increasingly resorting to strike tactics, with the 'object of paralysing the industries. The Government's difficulties are increasing daily.

AMOTER-AM, Bth February. - Berlin reports state that thirty people were killed and a hundred wounded in the fighting in Bremen.
