AN ASPIRANT CONFINED,
VIENNA, 29th January. Archduke. Wilhelm, son of the aspirant to the Polish throiw, who enlisted in the Ukrainian army, is charged with conspiring to become ruler of the Ukraine. He was condemned to confinement in a Greek Orthodox cloister.
