Mr. Arthur Henderson, interviewed, said: "Any solution other than a League of Nations as a prelude to a no-war league can prosper only as obstacles to world traffic " are removed. Free exchange will reduce the cost of living over the whole world. The Bystem of the open door should be applied to the colonies."
