In last Monday's issue of The Post appeared a paragraph dealing with a case heard by Mr. ]?. V. Frazer, S.M., in the Juvenile Court on the previous Saturday, in which a twelve-year-old boy was charged with the theft of a pair of reins, valued at 7s Gd, the property .of William John Compton, of Kilbirnio. In the course of the paragraph it was stated that the boy was on license from the Nelson Boys' Home, as he had been in trouble previously. The Post has been assured, however, that the boy has always lived with his mother, and for the last ten years with his step-father also, and that he had never before been in. trouble.
