PRE-WAR ATTENTION WANTED.

The Invercargill Chamber of Commerce has sent the following message to all shipping companies in the Dominion: "I am directed by the Invercargill Chamber of Commerce to remind you that Bluff as a port of call has suffered rather More than its share during the war. Merchants and shippers of produce itnd other Roods have frequently been forced to pay transhipping rates when othev centres wore onjoying comparatively good facilities. Normal Conditions aro now well on the way, and the Chamber trusts that Bluff as a main port will be t'einsWed by yciur company at an early date."
