PRECAUTIONS IN SYDNEY
SYDNEY, 30th January. Four new cases of influenza were reported to-day. Large numbers.of people are already wearing masks. A proclamation restricts assemblages in hotels and clnbs where less than 250 cubic feet of air space for each person exists. Another proclamation establishes eeven days' quarantine against travellers from Victoria.
